IMPORTANT: No Refund Policy
By adding funds to your URL26X wallet, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All wallet deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Wallet funds can ONLY be used for running traffic campaigns
- NO cash withdrawal from wallet balance is permitted
- Refunds are NOT applicable once balance is added
1. Wallet Balance Policy
URL26X operates on a prepaid wallet system. When you add funds to your wallet:
- The deposit is immediately credited to your account
- Funds become available for creating traffic campaigns
- Wallet balance does not expire
- Balance can only be used within the URL26X platform
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally NOT provided. However, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are explicitly NOT eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with traffic results or engagement rates
- Ad network policy violations or account issues
- Revenue or earnings not meeting expectations
- Failure to properly configure campaigns
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Third-party issues (website downtime, ad network problems)
- Partially used wallet balance
- Campaigns that have already started delivery
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors:
- Contact our support team immediately
- Provide payment proof (transaction ID, receipt, screenshot)
- We will investigate and verify the duplicate transaction
- If confirmed, we will either credit your wallet or process a refund
Note: For duplicate payment claims, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.
5. Payment Not Credited
If your payment was successful but not reflected in your wallet:
- Wait at least 30 minutes for processing
- Check your email for payment confirmation
- Contact support with transaction details
- Provide payment gateway transaction ID
- We will investigate and credit your account if verified
6. Campaign Issues
For issues related to active campaigns:
- Contact support if traffic delivery is not as expected
- Provide campaign ID and specific details
- We may offer wallet credits for verified service issues
- Wallet credits are not refundable to original payment method

8. Response Time

All refund and credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of URL26X. Our decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or deny any refund request
- Offer wallet credits instead of refunds
- Modify this policy at any time
